groups OFFERED
This group focuses on strengthening the attachment bond during early childhood. Experiential techniques will be used to reinforce attunement, bonding, proximity, and relational affection.
This group helps build emotional regulation skills in elementary schoolers. Therapy techniques, such as role play, charades, and improvisation, along with emotion-focused methods, will help kids gain mastery of their inner world.
Middle school is a period of exponential growth for kids, which can create tremendous instability and confusion. This group helps kids discover and develop their authentic self, express and work through internal conflicts, establish healthy boundaries, and improve social skills.
