You may schedule the initial meeting without committing to an assessment. The cost is $180 for a 30-minute session, and will be applied to the assessment cost if you decide to proceed.

Dr. Agree is an out-of-network provider, which means she does not participate with insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be entitled to partial reimbursement, depending on your plan. You may wish to revisit the terms of your health insurance, as many plans have separate deductibles for in-network and out-of-network services. Should you have questions or require any assistance, Dr. Agree is here to help.
Payment is collected at the time of service. Checks, cash, all major credit cards, and HSA cards are accepted. A small service fee is added to credit card payments to cover processing costs. At your request, Dr. Agree will furnish a monthly statement containing all information you will need for reimbursement and tax purposes.
