Nour Hachem
Nour Hachem, MA, TLLP
Nour is committed to creating a warm, inclusive, and culturally responsive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She recognizes the stigma that can surround mental health, and partners with clients to break down those barriers with care and understanding. She draws from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic principles, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique strengths, goals, and background of her clients.
Nour believes therapy is a collaborative journey where you can rediscover your voice, build inner strength, and move toward the life you envision. Whether you’re an adolescent exploring identity and self-esteem, an adult coping with anxiety, processing past experiences, setting healthier boundaries, or adjusting to a new season of life, Nour will help you grow into the most empowered version of yourself.

Favorite therapeutic book
Dibs in Search of Self, Virginia M. Axline
I love this book because as a clinician who has worked with “troubled” kids, it’s a reminder of how much a safe, supportive relationship can help a child heal and grow. It highlights the power of empathy, patience, and letting kids lead the way in the therapeutic process. This story continues to inspire how I approach therapy and strengthens my belief that every child has the ability to grow, heal, and discover who they are when given the space to be seen and heard.
