Available in September
With a background in neuroscience, Jessica brings an evidence-based, compassionate approach to therapy that integrates science with the human experience. Working from an existential and humanistic lens, she supports clients in exploring meaning, building resilience, and making intentional changes. She encourages clients to embrace discomfort as a necessary part of growth and meets them with warmth, directness, and a deep belief in their capacity to change.
Jessica has a special focus in addiction treatment and completed her clinical internship at Eastwood Behavioral Health Center. She holds her CAADC-DP and uses a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to support individuals in recovery. Her experience as a crisis counselor and volunteer at Dreams of Horses, an equine therapy farm, continues to shape her belief in the healing power of connection with others, animals, and nature.

Favorite therapeutic book
The Biology of Desire, Mark Lewis
I love how this book challenges the traditional disease model of addiction. It emphasizes the power of the human brain and the indomitable human spirit – an idea that deeply resonates with my approach to therapy.
