I believe psychotherapy is the most effective means of overcoming emotional pain, chaos and confusion, and experiencing true joy and gratification. You may wish to conquer a strategic goal, or address a more complex relational, emotional, professional or behavioral problem.
Or perhaps your experience seems elusive and difficult to understand, such as a vague sense that something is wrong, feeling paralyzed in your life, or sleeping poorly because you cannot stop thinking.
Effective therapy expands the mind, allowing you to absorb more information – to recognize new options where choice may have once seemed unavailable.
